If using The Neurodiversity Clinic website purely for information purposes, i.e. if you have not registered with us, or do not purchase anything, we shall only collect the personal data which your browser transmits to our server. We use a third-party to process payments. We do not store your payment account information on our systems; however, we have access to, and may use the payment information you provide for the purpose of settling open invoices via this third-party payment processor.

The Neurodiversity Clinic shall comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)  to the extent it is relevant to the user Data or the provision of the Services.
