Position Overview: As part of our team you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with diverse neurological experiences by providing social work services and advocating for inclusive practices within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement person-centered support plans.
- Provide counseling and support services to individuals with neurodivergent conditions, addressing social, emotional, and practical needs.
- Advocate for and facilitate access to community resources and services that enhance the quality of life for neurodivergent individuals.
- Develop and facilitate workshops and training sessions to raise awareness and understanding of neurodiversity among employees.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- State licensure as a social worker.
- Experience working with neurodivergent populations, with a focus on autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of community resources and support services for neurodivergent individuals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
